A new Insured Portal is now available! This portal allows insureds to see payment information, make payments, view inspection related information reports, and view and print policy documents. To register for the Insured Portal, please go to https://insuredportal.mpiua.com/register. An online access code is required to register. That code is located on the top right corner of your invoice or can be provided by your insurance agent or by MPIUA’s Customer Service Department.
To report a new claim, please submit the "Report A Claim" form under the Quick Links below. To report a new claim by phone during regular business hours, please call 617-723-3800 or 1-800-392-6108 or 1-800-851-8978 (USA).
To report an emergency claim during non-business hours please call 1-800-297-3554 and follow the instructions.
The Association will close at 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, to accommodate a Town Hall Meeting and employee outing.
The Association will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
During this time, please utilize our online services to file claims, pay bills, and manage policies through the Producer and Insured Portals.
